Keeping the Office out of the Social Network???? Naaaahh!

This is one problem that many firms are facing, how to keep their workers from doing things other than working while in the office. Yes, sites can be blocked but wireless networks allow employees through mobile phones, laptops and other portable device to log on and stay connected to the internet thus the social network. Think or it as junk email without a trace for people are doing more on the social network even at work or just about anywhere. Office networks have firewalls and other security measures but wireless devices are a big gaping hole in the security scenario. Employees will never stop copying files from the office computer to their own laptops for more work or refining at home and these are areas which are out of the reach of Enterprise Discovery and Security systems. To take account of them all would be impossible, to restrict them would be against your employee�s rights.
