Found a disk, what disk?…… A HomeOffice.gov.UK disk? (Part 1)

Apparently, governments are not as tight in their control of information as they should be in another blow to the It Security of the UK government. An online shopper who recently bought a laptop from eBay had it repaired with technicians discovering a disk that was labeled to be confidential and guess what, it comes from the Home Office of the UK, the UK’ Government’s branch similar to the US’s CIA or FBI. The said disk was crammed in between the keyboard and the main board which the person bought (who was cleared of any wrongdoing due to a purchase deemed as in good faith over the internet bidding site) in for repairs shortly after receiving it from the seller.
